Terms & Conditions

You must register your Revelers Club account to redeem your rewards. Once your account has been registered, you may log in to check your balance or reward dollar accrual.

  • Become a registered member and you will earn loyalty points for every dollar you spend on food or beverage at: Aerlume, AQUA by El Gaucho, Crossbuck Brewing in Walla Walla and Woodinville, El Gaucho Bellevue, Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, and Vancouver, WA, Walla Walla Steak Co. in Walla Walla and Woodinville, Witness Tree Lounge and Yellowhawk Resort.
  • One loyalty point is awarded for each dollar spent on food and beverage, rounded up or down to the nearest dollar. Points are not earned if using a promotional or discounted gift card (includes Costco cards: CW-$100, Celebrate $100 cards and Building Community cards), however any amount above the amount of the promotional or discounted gift card will earn loyalty points.
  • Revelers Club members may earn loyalty points on all regular To Go orders and events, including wine & spirit dinners.
  • You will earn one point for every dollar spent on food & beverage at any Revelers Club location. Members accrue points to redeem on future visits. Points are redeemed at a ratio of 10 points = $1. A minimum amount of 100 points is needed to redeem.

Points are valid for one year from the date they are earned and will expire after one year. Points may be redeemed at any Revelers Club location, regardless of where the loyalty points were earned. Points can be redeemed for in-store dining only.

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your account status each time you dine and stay with us.
  • You must register your Revelers Club account to redeem your points and gifts.
  • Points are not redeemable for cash and do not have a monetary value.
  • Loyalty points expire one year after they are earned.
  • Loyalty points will not be awarded for items such as lodging at Yellowhawk Resort, taxes, private dining room fees, audio/visual, rentals, floral, retail purchases, corkage, mini bar, service charges, tips, gift cards, and/or valet.
  • Points cannot be redeemed towards items such as lodging at Yellowhawk Resort, taxes, private dining room fees, audio/visual, rentals, floral, retail purchases, corkage, mini bar, service charges, tips, and/or gift cards. Points can be used for in-store dining only.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Expiration dates:

  • Loyalty points expire one year after they are earned.
  • Birthday and Anniversary gifts load two weeks before your registered occasion. Gifts will expire 60 days from the date they are loaded onto your account.

Inactive Accounts:

  • Member accounts with no activity for 23 months are considered “Lapsed” and Birthday and Anniversary gifts are not granted. To reactivate your account, simply visit one of our locations and spend at least $1 in food and beverage.

Birthday & Wedding Anniversary Gift:

  • Birthday and Wedding Anniversary gifts are automatically loaded onto your account two weeks before your registered Birthday and Wedding Anniversary date.
  • You will receive an email notifying you when the gift has been loaded to your account. Birthday and Anniversary gifts will expire 60 days after being added to your account.
  • In order to redeem your birthday or anniversary gift, $150 in food and beverage (before tax and service charge) must be purchased.
  • Birthday and anniversary gifts may not combine with other offers, discounts, or promotions, including Costco Cards (CW-$100 and Celebrate $100 cards) and Building Community Cards.
  • Birthday and Wedding Anniversary gifts can only be used for dine-in only.
  • Accounts registered within the last 15 days are not eligible to receive birthday or anniversary gifts: accounts must be active and registered for 15 days before the gift is added.

INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

  • Accounts that have no activity for 23 months are considered “Lapsed” and Birthday and Anniversary gifts are not granted to a lapsed account. To reactivate your account, simply visit one of our locations and spend at least $1 in food and beverage.

TO GO ORDERS AND EVENTS

  • Points, Birthday or Anniversary gifts may not be redeemed on To Go orders or events.
  • Points will accrue on To Go orders and Revelers Club hosted events, such as wine and spirits dinners.
  • Items eligible to accrue Loyalty Points when purchased (Qualifying Purchases):
    • Any food or beverage purchased for in-dining.
    • To Go orders
    • Revelers Club hosted events, such as wine and spirits dinners
      Excluded are:
    • Valet
    • Private Dining room fees, audio/visual rentals/floral, etc.
    • Retail purchases, except for Yellowhawk wines and SIP package offerings
    • Service Charge, Tips, Taxes
    • Gift Cards
    • Corkage
    • Lodging at Yellowhawk Resort
    • Payment made with Costco cards (CW-$100 and Celebrate-$100) are not eligible for point accrual.
    • Retail wine and steaks, including wine club purchases, are not eligible for reward or promotional redemptions.
